ProductPlan allows you to share your roadmaps throughout the entire organization at no additional cost. We charge only for Editors of roadmaps. No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up for a trial account. Pay by credit card when you’re ready to purchase ProductPlan.
Upgrade to a plan if ProductPlan is right for you. If not, there’s no need to cancel anything. Your account becomes View only, but your data remains intact in case you decide to upgrade your plan another time.
Yes, it’s easy to upgrade your plan at any time or add licenses to an existing plan. All changes are pro-rated.

An Editor can edit all items on the roadmap and in Table Layout, create roadmaps, evaluate initiatives using the Planning Board, and determine who can view and edit roadmaps they own. Viewers can view and comment on roadmaps that have been shared with them. ProductPlan subscriptions are priced per Editors, and all subscriptions include an unlimited number of Viewers.
